Pay Using First Citizens Bank's Website
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist the Parkway Lakes Homeowners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services)
Association ID: PWL (Parkway Lakes)
Property ID: Your account number
Architectural Requests
Per Article 8 of the Declaration of Building and Use Restrictions for Parkway Lakes, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Parkway Lakes HOA Architectural Control Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
